Gerry Kenny of Kenny Prosser Catering Limited took over the catering and bar franchise at Stackstown Golf Club in March 2008.
Gerry has vast experience of restaurant and function work, from his 30 yeas in the business. He qualified in the Gresham Hotel in Dublin in 1984 and since then has worked as head chef in many restaurants and hotels before going into business for himself. He holds diplomas in Ethnic cookery, pastry and sauce & fish and teaches part-time at I.T.College in Tallaght.
Stackstown Golf Club is open for Sunday lunch, Friday and Saturday night dinner, where both members and non-members can enjoy a beautiful meal.
The function room can cater for up to 140 people for weddings and conferences.
