On behalf of the Club I wish to congratulate our  Metropolitan Cup and Barton Shield Teams on their recent wonderful performances. The Metropolitan Cup team had a great win against the Grange on Sunday 5th June 2011.  We had some really great showings not  least Enda O'Halloran who came back from 5 down with 7 to play to win his match and also young John McCarthy who also had a very impressive win away.  The Barton Shield team qualified for the finals of their Section in Bray Golf Club. Due to dense fog the final had to be adandoned and is yet to be refixed.

Captain Richie Ryan
