On Friday 25th July last I brought a Golf Society (Ned Kelly's Golf Society) to Stackstown for one of our outings. This is probably the 5th or 6th year I've been bringing this particular group to Stackstown and so the lads would know the course relatively well.
I've always been a proud member of Stackstown but was particularly proud last friday when I gladly accepted the compliments from our group on behalf of Stackstown. The course has never been better and the general consensus from many seasoned golfers was that the greens were unbelievable. I was told on several occasions from seasoned 12-15 handicap golfers that they were the best greens that they had ever played on.
