Shaun receives his prize for runner up from the GUI President. He was joint winner of the Leinster youths last week in Knightsbridge with rounds of 72,72,68,77 and the destination of the trophy was to decided in a play off after 3 holes it was still undecided between Shaun and Brian Casey(Headford) and they went to sudden death and Brian won with a birdie.

Also Richard Bridges was beaten in a play off for the Bettystown Scr cup
last Sunday which was a great achievement as this field had plenty of big
names competing.
